This mini boss isn't too bad. This was supposed to be a practice run. I didn't care I was discovered instantly (sometime you jump don't and can stealth kill all of the smaller enemies), I just jumped down to the big "guy" and wanted to see where this was going. I ended up killing him. You really just need to parry his attack combo. It is a long one, but shouldn't be a problem nevertheless. His perilous attack calls for jumping on him. His posture bar will go up quickly and then he's ready to be stabbed. If you do manage to sneak up onto him and take one lifebar away using stalth, he will be dead even sooner.
