If you go for the Purification Ending, then you will travel back to the Hirata Estate with some different mini-bosses, all of which you might have encountered before. Juzou will be back in the exact same spot you fought him earlier. He's not even harder than before, but the Samurai who helped you earlier isn't alive anymore. Also, there is a ninja next to him which is a way stronger opponent than the other guys. My advice is to lure the ninja enemy away from Juzou and kill him beforehand. After that, head back and try to use stealth on the big guy. At least that's what I did.
