This is the same guy who cuts your arm off as the tutorial boss. Now, you will get revenge. But you have to deal 3 death blows to him, because after the second two, there's another phase where he transforms ("Way of Tomoe"). He then can do lightning attacks where you have to jump and press attack before landing to throw the lightning back at him. His first phase isn't too hard, but it's a bit long, so there's a good chance you might not have enough healing items left for the second phase. In his second form he is much more aggressive and does a lot of different perilous attacks! Learning his moves can suck because you always have to make it through phase one. When he does the lightning attack, jump and attack. When he jumps without lightnint (but after the perilous attack symbol), do a Miriki Counter. He always started with this attack too, so at the beginning of the fight, wait for him and be ready for your Miriki Counter. But at least his huge combos will make is posture bar go up quickly, if you parry them correctly. And he only needs a single deathblow in this phase as well. Not too bad, I guess.
