This is a boss battle you have to fight with Cirilla against the three Ladies of the Wood. This is done on the "Death March!" difficulty. When you lose aa lot of health, keep your distance, because Ciri recovers with time. Since every single hit does a lot of damage on Death March and Ciri can't use spells or eat anything, you'll need to do this every once in a while.
